great work from America's best on spring coupon deal
I hired America's Best Heating and Air Conditioning for the spring duct cleaning coupon that I signed up for on HelpHive. When I was notified via email that the coupon deal was on, I contacted America's Best through the phone link with HelpHive and was set up with a time and date that worked best for my schedule. The technician, Scott, who came to work at my house was friendly, on time and walked through the house with me going through instructions on what intakes, outtakes and supplies were included in the spring cleaning deal. It took a little over an hour for the work to be done and afterwards he let me know what he had found. Our ducts weren't too bad, except that he did wonder if we'd had recent renovations done as there was a significant amount of dry wall dust and debris in the front vents of the house. That work was done 3 years ago when our house was built! So, I guess that work was never cleaned out before we moved in. Now, we will notice a significant decrease in 'dust' in ou

I thought for sure I would need a new furnace when my 10 year old furnace stopped working. I called at 4pm and was suprised to have someone answer the phone and actually come out that day!! I was impressed by the technicians knowledge and attitude. He found out what was wrong, qouted me a price and had the part on his van. In a matter of 2 hours my family had heat again thanks to the professionals at Americas Best Heating!!! Thanks
Gas furnace did not seem to be working correctly. I called and spoke with a serviceman immediately. He was at my house within 2 hours. Inspected the furnace and found nothing wrong. Encouraged me to call back if the problem persisted. The next day, it still didn't seem right so my husband spoke with a different serviceman who talked him through what the problem might have been. Problem solved. Super service.
PSE told us our furnace was putting out too much gas through the vents. I called around to at least 5 places and their rates to inspect were enourmous. I called Americas best and they gave me a more reasonable fee to come out and inspect. It turned out it just needed its regular cleaning. The issue was resolved and the price was right!
I would highly recommend Americas Best Heating. They are great to work with and made me look good as a realtor recommending them to a client who bought a house with an old gas furnace.
On time, worked within their price quote and did it in a timely manner. Can't ask much more than that!
