Electrical repair done within a budget
My refridgerator outlet lost power and I thought it needed replacing so I called an electrician ( Out Today ) and they told me I needed to have 2 new cicuits, a new water heater as well as suggesting other work for $ 2500.00 and more.
I did not have they money for that as all we wanted was an outlet repaired. I called Mr. Electric and Matt told me I needed a cicuit but what I needed was 3 new outlets as they were bad. The cost of the repair $389.00. Matt was fabulous and knew I had a budget and did not try and sell me something I could not afford. He did recommend to upgrade soon but fixed my immediate problem as I requested.
I cannot say enough positive things about Matt. He explained everything well and answered my questions patiently. He even was kind to my dog.
I felt the first company I dealt with was less than honest with their prices and
pressured me to buy things I did not need nor could I afford at this time. I will never use them again.

Professional, pleasant, great to work with
I was really suprised at how great this company was. Because it was called Mr. Electric and is a francise I was a bit concerned that it might not be professional, but they were really great. Responsive, answered every question I had, very knowledgable, and did the work promptly and professionally.
Carl was the main electrician I worked with and he was very helpful. He brought another knowledgable guy with him and the owner, Paul, came by to check on the work, which I really appreciated as well.
I highly recommend them.
Chris Lewis was the electrician who did my install and he was great. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great job.

Quality work, good value, nice people
Mr Electric was recommended to me by Home Depot. We were afraid our 40+ year old house needed complete rewiring and panel replacement. Paul is the owner and service coordinator, he is friendly and efficient. Carl was our main electrician, he came out and quoted the job and was with us from start to finish. Ed was another electrician that helped during the course of the job. Everyone was professional, friendly, easy to work with and I will miss them now that our large project is over.
When Carl came out to look at the house and give me an estimate, I figured that the entire house needed to be rewired and that all fixtured needed to be replaced. I was expecting to pay upwards of $15,000 - $20,000. Carl was honest and straightforward, he could have sold me a complete rewire job, but he didn't. Great businessman/company to work with
The story is like this, I was recovering from surgery, thought I would spend some quality time with my 82 year old mother before I return to work. Turned on the fan in the kitchen, turned off the fan when the door bell rang and would not stop. Kind of strange, later the furnace shut down and the power went out came back and turned on the touch lamp in my pour mom's room. We had things not come back to life. IE air cleaner, lamp, answering machine. (I found out later we has some kind of arching going on in the box.) Well then I started to call electricians out of the phone book. The first one I called was Mr. Electric, told Paul the story, he ask me to call PUD to make sure the power into the house was clean, he did not want to charge me for an unnecessary call.
