I needed my caprets and couch cleaned for a good price. They came out, were very friendly and professional. The carpets look great. My couch looks great and my house doesn't smell like my Lab anymore. I'd use them again.
Incredibly responsive and high quality work
We woke up to a basement flooding situation caused by a cracked pipe. I would have loved to have had HelpHive, but it wasn't launched yet! So, we quickly did some web searches and took our chances with a number of calls. We got extremely lucky with Crystal -- but, I knew I was in good shape when the woman who answered said that she'd have her 'Dad' call me right back, and that she thought he could visit that same day. Over the course of two weeks, he made approximately seven visits, and was incredibly professional every time, using high quality drying machines to resolve the situation -- I would highly recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning.
